Please note that base price is for 2 people sharing a bedroom. If a booking for two people requires the use of both bedrooms, an extra $40 pppn will be charged on arrival.


Cancellation Policy

Please provide notice of cancellation or changes to your booking in writing (via email). For cancellations made more than 14 days prior to arrival, booking funds will be refunded less a 50% cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 14 days in advance of arrival, no refund will be given. Guests are advised to take out comprehensive travel insurance to cater for any unforeseen circumstances.


During Your Stay

We take great care and pride in providing you with a beautiful home away from home. We expect you to treat it with similar care and leave it in the condition you found it in. Please remember that we are a self-catering retreat and smoking is not allowed.

Upon check-in we will capture your ID and credit card details. Should the accommodation be left in a poor or damaged condition, you may be charged for cleaning and repairs.

Please leave the accommodation in the same condition you found it in, including

  • Kitchen to be left clean and tidy.
  • Kitchen items washed and put away, the dishwasher is for your convenience.
  • BBQ to be left as you found it, BBQ wipes are next to the BBQ.
  • Please remove your garbage including bathroom/bedroom refuse to the bins provided outside.
  • Recycling in this area is only for glass, plastic and tin items.



Whilst we allow pets, we ask that you ensure they keep off the furniture, including beds. Please provide your own bedding for your pets. Doggie bags are provided for your use and must be used inside the yard and deposited in the garbage bins.
